Big Bite Restaurant's signature rub and open-flame grill bring out the unique flavors in every piece of meat we cook. Starting with Grade AAA Top Sirloin beef locally grown gras fed or imported New Zealand lamb, we marinate our meat until the peak of perfection. Then, we apply our signature rub and allow the flavors to permeate the meat from 24 to 48 hours before we Skewer our Kabab and put them on open-flame grill. Our Takka Kabab is cooked to its perfection while it keeps it's tenderness .
